After your subordinate request to take leave in the leave application,

you will receive an email notification.



To access Leave Application, go to,

Home > HR > Leave Application


In the leave application list view, you will see the leave applications of your subordinates, including your own leave applications.

To approve or reject the leave application, click on the leave application with the status "Open".



In the Status dropdown list on the leave application form, select 'Approved', 'Rejected', or 'Cancelled', and then save the changes.

After approval, don't forget to submit the leave application. The employee's leave balance will be calculated after submitting the leave application.
